How The Wright Clinic Is Funded

While some costs of services are covered through OW, ODSP, CDCP, and OSDCP, The Wright Clinic is funded primarily through donations and community grants. In-kind contributions by suppliers, volunteer dental students, dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists also help the clinic to run.

Volunteer

Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for volunteers to help contribute to The Wright Clinic in a variety of different ways, including working as a volunteer dentist, dental assistant, or hygienist.

Volunteer Requirements

In order to volunteer with The Wright Clinic, you will be required to provide a valid Vulnerable Sector Check, which can be completed online through the London Police Service Police Record Checks website.

Volunteer dentists, dental assistants, and hygienists will also need to provide the following:

• Proof of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training completed within the past year

• Proof of valid First Aid and CPR-C training

Additional requirements may be requested based on the volunteer position.
