We provide routine dental services, which may include:

  • Oral exams

  • Diagnostic x-rays

  • Cleanings

  • Fillings

  • Extractions

  • Root canals

  • Treatment of gum disease and mouth infections

Eligibility Requirements

To receive service from The Wright Clinic, individuals must:

  • Be a resident of the City of London or Middlesex County

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Not have a current regular dentist

  • Meet one of the following criteria:

    • Be enrolled in the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program (OSDCP); or

    • Be a recipient of Ontario Works (OW); or

    • Be a recipient of the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP); or

    • Be experiencing homelessness; or

    • Be living with low income as defined by Statistics Canada (see Table 1).*

All individuals interested in accessing services at The Wright Clinic will be required to provide documentation to demonstrate eligibility.

 * Net income refers to after tax income, meaning the total income received from all sources minus tax deductions. Net annual income can be found on your most recent income tax notice of assessment.

Documents to Demonstrate Eligibility

If you are enrolled in the OSDCP program, OW, or ODSP, you will be asked to provide a drug or dental program card or OW/ODSP proof of income to demonstrate your eligibility for services.

If you are not enrolled in one of these programs, but are an individual or family that meets the income criteria, you will be asked to provide proof of family size and one of the following to demonstrate proof of income and eligibility:

  • Most recent income tax notice of assessment or tax return

  • Ontario Child Benefit documentation

  • A letter, email, or call from a referring community agency with which you are a client

Please bring the required documentation to your first appointment.

Cost of Services

The cost of some services may be covered through OW, ODSP, and OSDCP. There may be a modest fee charged for some services not covered through other programs.
